Buddy

Buddy means a close friend or a pal. An example of a buddy is your faithful pet. An example of your buddy is your friend with whom you go and get .. the best of buddies.

But practically speaking, for me I believe that the best of buddy is our own self, our inner personality, own self. We all have a habbit of speaking to ourselves, relax it does not mean talking like that only… which everyone will feel, that one needs a doctor… ha ha aaaaa

No no.. what I mean is, we at the end of the day before we go to sleep. We circulate and revise what we have done the whole day, how was our day, what experiences we faced the whole day, etc.. And we think that what mistakes we have done, or what improvements, we have done, or what we have learnt. In short, we all think and talk with ourselves, and we all very well know, What we are up to.. we regret also, we agree also, we accept certain things also, and most importantly we never lie to ourselves.. so for me I feel my best buddy is my SOUL. Honest and True.

In real meaning, that is the only real buddy who never lies, who except the fact, show us the real path of life. And our soul always gives us real answers about what is wrong and right.

Protect your Heart with Fresh Garlic

We should balance our diet in such a way that our each part of the body gets necessary nutrients. By including GARLIC in our daily food, not only adds tastes to our food but it also gives protection against many diseases. It is also helpful in Heart Disease.

Hearts basic function is to keep blood circulation proper in our body. Blood is very important for our body.

Oxygen and important substances passes to all parts of the body through the small small veins present in our body. Carbon-dioxide is passed and reached to kidney, skin, etc. body parts through our blood only.

If this blood stops circulating then carbon-dioxide and the percentage of wastage in our body increases, because of this our body does not get oxygen and it results to immediate death.

The work of circulating blood in our body is done by our Heart. Heart works like a pump, and supplies blood in each part of our body. This process is known as Circulatory.

Food products like butter, ghee, vegetable ghee, oil, etc are fatty products these products increases the level of Cholesterol in our body. When the level of Cholestrol increases this Cholestrol sticks on the walls of veins, because of this the area of vein decreases and the area becomes narrow for the blood to pass from. So to push the  blood through viens, the heart has to struggle hard, resulting to this one experiences hyper tension, high blood pressure.

To keep the blood circulating the heart has to push blood very hard. The substances of fat that sticks on the walls of veins, does not allow the  blood to flow easily and properly because of this sometimes blood gets clotted and this clot increases the risk of an Heart Attack.

Sometimes those substances / the wastage flows with the blood and reaches to the heart, this wastage sticks on the heart and Heart Attack takes place.

A very simple example I will give you – in our house we get water through pipelines, when sometimes pipeline blocks because of the wastage and dust flow in the pipeline. The water supply stops, the same process is there with the heart function.

The main reason of heart disease is Cholesterol. Its evidence decreases by eating Onion. It is proved scientifically also. Garlic and Onion contains Oily substance. This oily substance decreases the percentage of Cholesterol present in our body. Onion and Garlic both contains the necessary oily substance but compared to onion, garlic contains more percentage of the oily substance. So by using Garlic the possibilities of blood veins becoming narrow becomes baseless.

By using Garlic in regular diet everyday the extra Cholesterol present in our body automatically destroys and the possibilities of Heart Attack becomes negligible.

In the families who have the hereditary of obesity and blood pressure should always be aware from beginning and start taking Garlic in their diet from beginning itself. Since childhood only one should eat Garlic in low percentage in their diet, then the possibilities of Heart Disease becomes zero.

Smoking damages blood veins very badly. So especially who has smoking habit, should make a point to eat Garlic regularly everyday.

One who’es Cholesterol level has increased than he should eat Garlic according to the body weight, than the balance of Cholestrol is maintained.

For example: If a person’s body weight is 80 kg his cholesterol level has increased, than he should eat 80 gm of garlic 2-3 times a day, then the level of Cholesterol decreases.

By taking precaution, eating 2-3 petals of Garlic a day makes the possibilities of Heart Attack equal to zero.

There is no other medicine available rather than Garlic which can be continued taking for a long time period. Garlic is the one and only medicine which has no side effects. Garlic has so many benefits which is mentioned in Ayurveda also.

So eat Garlic and stay healthy… :))

 
 

Vision

Practically talking, Vision is something that you see or dream especially as part of a religious or supernatural experience.

At our young age, we all had one or the other dreams or say Vision to be this and that and so….. but as we grew up the fact changed, the perspective of Vision of looking towards the World changes a lot.

And truly speaking 75% of people are not able to find out the true Vision / talent in ourself. We get busy in leading our lives and performing our responsibilities to survive. We realise this thing very late when we are in a mid of our life, sometimes our full life is spent in finding out our part of interest.. in which our career would be very different and of our true desired one.

The people who really achieved their Vision and took risk in their lives are the legendaries.. who had the guts to lead their life with the true foresight, and the real thing behind this is they were very clear about What they want?, Where ?, and How ? most importantly…. So they are able to achieve Marvellous Success !!!

I would like to name some of them. Like – Ratan Tata, Dhirubhai Ambani, etc… many more.

 

Underestimation

Underestimation, to make too low an estimate of the quantity, degree, or worth of anything, usually. Majorly in many things we make this kinds of mistake, of assuming things without knowing it properly, without finding out deeply, we come to a hasty decision, and make wrong impressions about those things, like any project, task, organisations, etc.

Same way, we tend to figure out people also, we Underestimate people by their body language, personality, nature, some people are introvert, some are extrovert, shy, etc. And only by those outer qualities we cannot judge them, but we do!! We always do this mistake we judge them. Without knowing them properly, without coming in contact with the people, we just give decisions, those decisions taken are 90% wrong, for which we regret also later.

So we should not do this mistake of Underestimating things / people / anything….

 

Fit and Healthy

In the todays century, it has become very necessary to stay healthy, fit & fine. As now-a-days the life has become v.v.busy & stressful. Everyone is so busy with todays living, the lifestyle has changed a lot, priorities has changed hugely. The surrounding has become competitive. It has become very necessary for both the partners to work, to lead an easy life.

But these days I can very confidently say that people are very much aware with the fact of staying healthy. Everybody around are very health conscious and are taking all efforts for staying healthy and fit.

People are moving towards the Yogas more these days, which is very nice to know, as Yogas are very effective, and a good source for staying healthy. Our old Asanas are the best. Its benefits are remarkable.

I would like to bring to your notice one of those – “Suryanamaskar”. We can say that Suryanamaskar is an all-rounder. It’s the one and only Asana, that affects our whole body, and tones it up. If you perform Suryanamaskar 4-5 times a day, you need nothing else to do, no jogging, walking, exercise, etc. you can do it even more times, 10 times also. Performing ‘Suryanamaskar ‘ regularly keeps you fit and healthy.

I personally also feel that Yoga is the best way to stay Fit & Healthy, I have seen many near-by people around me doing so many kinds of diets, from those some are successful in reducing their body weight, were-as some of them had bad experiences like- while dieting the weight continues to reduce, but as returning back to normal life schedule, they drastically gained weight again, as started eating normally like before.

So Yogas are one of the best which do not have any kind of side effects. By doing Yogas one gains only  benefits.

Generation

Generation can be termed in many ways, like technological generation, science generation, colour generation, generation gap.

Let’s talk about computers, do you remember when only desktops were available, a huge computer bigger one, then LCD’s and so on… and now see, how technology has progressed, computer is now c in our hands, smartphones has made the work so easy for us… that all computer related work, we are easily able to do with our smartphones. We have seen so many kinds of versions in front of us like – desktop, laptops, palmtop, notebook, etc. So it’s a bigger generation that we have seen.

Think of the days when Surrogacy was taken as something Veered – we are talking about, and now the science has emerged so much that we are having now the advantages of test tube babies, IVF, and so on… which has given so many families smile on their faces, has completed so many couples family. So here too we have seen a big generation progress.

Then comes the black-white time, when we were having only black & white snaps, black & white TV programs, and a big huge television box with an antenna as a supporter for the telecast. And see how the generation changed / progressed technology. We experienced coloured camera’s, coloured movies, coloured television and in that too, varieties of television’s lcd’s, LED’s, and now curved televisions with 3D functionalities, USB drives, internet connected, etc…

Next comes Generation Gap…..differences of opinion between one generation and another, which can be termed as differences in actions, beliefs, politics, values or tastes, leading to a lack of understanding. These days, we are lucky that our parents are our friends more than a parent.

Otherwise we have seen people where their grand parents are so orthodox with some particular things, which they are not ready to change at all, some rules of the house in name of tradition, they keep on following….following and following….

In some particular things you all will agree, we tend to forget that we were also kids and we also have done things that our kids are doing in present, which we are not allowing them to do – as now we are a parent!!! Here comes the generation gap, as now we are parent our vision of looking at things change with our responsibilities, which we didn’t understand when we were kids. Those small-small things arise generation gap. But we all forget that their experiences are higher and b’cos of their experiences they wants to teach us and warn us from going wrong, and from falling in life.
